岗位职责：

• 电源产品（风电变流器、MVD、DCDC、UPS、Lighting、IGBT、电能质量、新能源汽车等电源类产品）相关技术研发；

• 研发专案规划执行，与合作部门沟通、协调、及时调整目标和进度；

• 解决技术问题、应用新技术、达成专案目标；

• 按照设计流程完成产品设计并导入生产。

岗位要求：

• 电力电子及电力传动专业，硕士及以上学历，博士优先考虑；

• 扎实的电力电子技术基础和较强的动手能力；

• 踏实努力、积极主动、善于表达、团队合作性强。
