Quality Engineer
POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is a largest high pump Italy company in the world; it was established over hundred-year history. There are factories in America and Europe.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up, implement and manage quality system for supplier quality management in company
- New suppliers selection auditing with a focus on suppliers quality systems, process management, technology...etc
- Be involved in discussing quality criteria with customer and supplier
- Training suppliers ensure them master the quality standard
- Support and follow up new project development in supplier site
- Drive and review the suppliers' quality improvement/corrective programs and monitor their performance ( 8D report)
- Handle claims against suppliers on quality issues
- Preparation and support for PPAP system.
- Product and process audit at suppliers periodically
- Reduce the non-quality performance of supplier to prevent quality catastrophe
- Knowledge of ISO9001, RoHS
- Knowledge of Quality Methods and Quality Tools (e.g. FMEA, SPC, 8D report)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Previous similar working experience is needed
- Chinese with good English
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience working in a foreign company in China is a plus
