POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Organize and plan six sigma projects, and providing technical support to project teams with the objective of meeting factories' cost reduction target requirements within strategy and plan.
- Project Implementation: Organize, and Coordinate necessary resources to establish projects teams and push projects implementation; analyze projects deliverables and guide the implementation procedure; follow up projects implementation progress; provide technical suggestions to concrete issues; and collect projects savings and report the projects achievement.
- Project Preparation: Organize, and implement six sigma projects; Participate in and support to draft the project plans; provide feasibility suggestions on them; Involve in concrete projects meeting(Such as kick-off, periodical review and wrap-up); and Organize, plan and implement six sigma awareness training in order to meet the company's operation advantage project targets
- Operation Standardization: Follow up project achievements; and drive the horizontal development in order to achieve a durable deployment of project achievements.
- Project Diagnosis: Participate, and set the projects diagnosis reports in order to ensure the diagnosis accuracy. Use project hopper to priority all relative project.
- Policies and Procedures: Execute policies, procedures and systems in order to implement working guidelines and direction.
- Work closely with internal teams to drive responsible projects, i.e. finance, production, engineering, logistics, QA, etc.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in engineering with 5-8 years of working experiences.
- 4+ years work experience in manufacturing industry.
- 6 Sigma Black Belt at least with relevant project experiences.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, problem solving capability, project management experiences and cost sensitivity.
- English skill.
