欧洲非道路型柴油机公司天津新工厂

岗位职责：

- 保证向客户连续稳定的供货，实现100%的OTD，及时处理供货环节的各种异常；To eliminate all abnormalities and ensure 100% delivery on time to customers; 

- 加强对供应商的管理，保证供应商交货的准时和准确，持续改进供应商OTP；To enhance suppliers management to ensure 100% delivery on time;

- 负责零件及成品安全库存的合理设置，在保证稳定生产的同时，提高库存周转率;To be responsible for reasonable safety stock definition and ITR improvement;

- 负责公司零件和成品的盘点和管理工作，保证库存的准确率；To be responsible for stock counting and management to guarantee stock accuracy;  

-  对运输费用、异常运费、周转器具费用、关税等进行持续改进，以降低各项成本；To do continuous improvement for  cost reduction of freight, premium freight, recycle bin and duty; 

- 负责物流部门相关预算的制定、控制及跟踪工作；To be responsible for budget estimating, control and follow up;

- 负责各种物流相关指标及报告的完成和提交；To prepare and submit KPI results and reports of logistics department; 

- 负责物流相关的各种程序文件和标准的制定、实施、检查和更新；To be responsible for drawing up, implementation, checking and update of BPR and standards; 

- 负责对部门员工职责的定义以及合理的分工；To define responsibility for team members and reasonable work assignment;

- 负责监督、管理QAD系统的维护工作；To monitor and management QAD system;

- 支持并参与APS在公司的推行；To support and participate in the implementation of APS; 

- 持续地教导、培训和发展员工；To continuous coach, train and develop team members;

- 完成上级领导分配的其它工作；Other assignment by line manager.

任职要求：

- 8年以上汽车或相关行业物流经验，3年以上团队管理经验，发动机行业尤佳；

More  than 8 years logistics experience in automobile or related industries,  more than 3 years team management experience, engine industry is  preferred.

- 本科以上学历，物流相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above, major in Logistics related.

- 熟悉SAP系统

Familiar with ERP system.

- 英文听说读写流利;

Fluent in English;

- 熟练使用Office软件；

Familiar with office software.
