Job Responsibilities:
- Define correct accounting treatment of business transactions based on legal requirement in China (for all dealers) and group requirements (for own dealers);
- Define correct accounting treatment for interactions between functional Departments and Finance Department and support DMS project team for implementation;
- Working out DMS Accounting Manual;
- Training of Finance Staff of dealers for correct accounting treatment for existing dealers;
- Training of Finance Staff for new dealers for correct accounting treatment;
- Proofing and maintaining unique DMS CoA for Porsche dealership;
- Support KPI project from Finance side;
- Monitoring financial projects in Finance Dept. in particular check and completion of Financial Procedure for PCN (for internal audit purpose);

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with more than 5 years working experience, worked for big 4 audit firm a plus;
- Very good knowledge of Chinese and international Accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP);
- Familiar with all accounting areas (G/L, A/R, A/P, FA, Reports etc.) and good knowledge about controlling requirements;
- Very good communication skills both in English and Chinese, German an advantage;
- Very good understanding in Finance Procedure (description and implementation);
- Good understanding of Finance software (e.g. FI/CO operation and links to other modules);
- Sufficient IT operating skill, familiar with MS office software
- Good analytical skills
