Responsibilities:

-Global analysing of compliance with Porsche B&P repair processes and standardss at dealerships
-Design of the customized activity plans at the initial / final stages of the on-site support based on status analysis
-Implementation and optimization of B&P repair processes according to relevant B&P standards & guidelines. Also supporting the process for service reception / Accident veh. cost estimating / quality control process / B&P KPI & Time clocking etc.
-Provide an on-site technical coaching based on the personnel competency and knowledge level of each B&P technician.
Internal Reporting & Support
-Provide and initial & follow up activity plan together with status report to all relevant stakeholders. Supporting in development of -SST B&P coaching material with SST manager

Requirements:
-Knowledge of B&P tools & equipment, repair cost estimation systems (Audatex experience preferred).
-Ideally completed an apprenticeship as a body technician based on German or European standards.
-Preferred 2 years of professional experiences as Porsche Body Technician.
-Minimum 5 years experiences in German or prestige brand as a Body technician
-Computer literate proficient with MS office tools, knowledge of manufacturer systems.
-Experience of main B&P equipment like as Celette Jig Systems, Welders, etc.
