MAJOR DUTIES AND RESULTS:

    

1. Inspection of all materials when they are delivered at the site, checking the conditions of quantity of these materials and equipment comparing with specification and other project documents including vendor documents.
2. When damage or defects of the materials are reported by material team, conduct inspection and prepare report of them coordinating with material control team and field engineering team. 
3. Distribute inspection report to related team and organize meeting if necessary, to all related parties including subcontractor and client and explain the situation and keep the MOM if requested.
4. Conduct field severance to observe the conditions of the material storage time to time and provide adequate instruction to material team of the proper storage plan in order not to extend further defects or damages.
5. Volunteer such activities of IIF ( incident and injury free), BBS (basic behavior structure ), PPM (project performance management ), TBT (tool box talk) and the other safety activities.
6. Supervise his subordinates to efficiently perform their duties entrusted respectively in accordance with the procedures and methods approved.
7. Perform, other than all the above, whatever duties instructed by the Field quality manager in respect of the material control work.
8. Support material control team to preparation of OSD (overage, shortage and damage ) report and other report required.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    

Bachelor decree of science and engineering college graduate, more than three (3) to five (5) years-experience of oil, gas and petrochemical plant construction

    

    

Need to have knowledge of plant equipment and materials and general quality management.
