MAJOR DUTIES AND RESULTS:

    

   

1. Interpretation of all engineering documents, project specification, international standard & code and vendor document.
2. Inspection of the following mechanical works and equipment erection works
3. Material identification in accordance with drawings and specification before erection
4. Assembly / Installation of static, AFC, rotary and all the other miscellanies equipment, such as overhead crane installation
5. Associated piping work related to the vendor supply equipment
6. Platform and structure directly attached to the equipment and supplied by the vendor
7. Skid mounted Packaged equipment
8. Tray and Internals for equipment
9. Equipment of electrical and instrument such as switch gear, transformer, instrument air tanks, motor control panels etc.
10. Equipment preservation and storage monitoring
11. Any other inspection in accordance with ITP
12. Output print of the MCPlus (Handover) completion reporting form and distribute to the related parties
13. Input completed reporting form of the above into the system
14. Issue NCR ( Non Conformance Report) or any other type of defective report
15. Upon receipt of NCR or similar type of report from client, 3r party or authorities, identify and conduct corrective action supervising discipline supervisor or subcontractors
16. Punching and verification of the system handover
17. Regular status reporting of the above works to Module Yard QC manager

Technical knowledge of plant and Project execution, such as :

• Mechanical design and engineering degrees
