MAJOR DUTIES AND RESULTS:

  

1.      Establish communication channels and routine interface among

JGC’s discipline supervisors, subcontractors, and client’s persons in-charge for PPM

activity.

2.      Coordinate with PPM champions and evaluate each PPM group’s activity.

3.      Analyze each group’s progress compared with plan vs actual and prepare report to

PPM manager / Construction Manager based on the analysis.

4.      Post good PPM group’s interview on newsletter for sharing good practice.

5.            Assist PPM manager / Construction Manager to prepare PPM on boarding session for all staffs joining the project

6.            Assist PPM manager / Construction Manager to conduct PPM engagement survey.

7.      Support PPM manager / Construction Manager to conduct PPM workshop and PPM       review meeting which is aiming to improve low score PPM group.

8.      Coordinate and prepare each PPM activity which are scheduled on each milestone.

9.      Ensure to improve each PPM group performance and cascade past lessons learned.

10.   Prepare a report of PPM construction execution

11.   Perform, other than above, whatever work entrusted by PPM Manager /

Construction Manager in respect of PPM activity.

PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING

This position is accountable for managing and solving PPM related problems on site.  Problems which may cause serious effects on PPM activities shall be discussed with PPM manager /Construction Manager in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Advanced degree (in engineering) from 4 years college or university, with more than 5 to 10 years of Construction activities including HSSE (Health / Security /Safety/Environment) or IIF (Incident Injury Free) activity experience in Oil & Gas plant industry.
