职位描述

Key Tasks/工作职责 :

- Develop and implement market strategy and plan based on company strategy and goal by utilizing the available resources

基于公司战略和目标,充分利用有效的资源,发展和实施市场战略计划。

- Responsible for industry research and development, monitoring and analyzing market policy, industry trends, competitor development to get target market intelligence and customer insights by variable approaches like customer visiting, joining in industry seminars…

负责行业调查和开发,通过多样化途径(诸如:客户拜访、参加行业研讨会),对市场方针、行业趋势、竞争对手发展等各方面进行监督和分析,以获取目标市场信息和客户需求。

- Investigates and identifies the sales opportunities and potentials in assigned target market, and develop these opportunities to a consolidated result and leverage the know-how across the sales team for common growth.

研究和识别目标行业市场的销售机会和潜在机会,并把机会转化成成果,充分发挥专业知识帮助销售团队共同成长。

- Cooperate and coordinate with marketing departments and local sales team in products and application promotion in target market

与市场部门、当地销售团队协作配合在目标市场上的产品和应用的推广。

-Support the sales to develop and maintain relationship with key customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to improve the customer experience.

协助销售发展和维护与关键客户的关系,并协调客户和公司内部部门间的沟通以提升客户体验。


Requirements/任职资格:
-BS degree in engineering plus appropriate continuous training/education.
理工科专业本科以上
- Minimum 8 years working experience. 4+ years sales, sales support or technical background within the related industry / market background. Multi-national invested company working experience preferred.
至少八年工作经验,四年以上相关行业/市场的销售、销售支持或技术相关背景的工作经验,具有跨国公司工作经验尤佳。
- Big project sales management skill
