职位描述
Job Purpose*
This position is responsible for developing new business by selling APLL’s capabilities and solutions to our target customers, in order to achieve assigned top line and bottom line finance result.
Roles & Responsibilities*
Be responsible to find the right target customers in APLL’s focused vertical and market
Be able to build up relationship with customers and dig out the opportunities fitting into APLL’s capabilities and competencies
Be able to understand customers supply chain, find the pain points and sell the right solutions and demonstrated value to customers
Be responsible to lead and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including operation, solutions, tech/IT, finance, etc. to design and work out the proposal to the customers’ requests
Be responsible facilitate the implementation of new customer projects through close communication with implementation team, operation team, fiancé and other relevant departments.
Maintain good relationship with existing clients, continuously improve the profitability and dig out new business opportunities.
Ensure timely and accurate reports of target accounts, opportunities and sales calls.
Follow up A/R and ensure the timely payment from the customers
Work with Finance team to set up credit to customers
Work with Legal team to review and prepare the contracts for customers
Qualification*
Bachelor Degrees above, prefer in Logistics and Marketing
Excellent English skills in listening, speaking and writing
Requirements*
Minimum 8 years’ experience in commercial role with rick knowledge of supply chain logistics and local market practice

Prospecting and targeting customer in focused vertical/products
Excellent communication
Ability to engage the Director/VP level customers
Coordination skills
Analytical skills
Operation process understanding
Excellent presentation skills
Good knowledge in both international and domestic logistics
Established network of customer and business relationships
Relevant work experience in a supply chain division of an MNC or 3PL
Be able to work in complex situation and under pressure
