Bachelor degree in engineering

2-3年工程项目管理经验，具备产品本地化经验优先考虑
2-3 years working experience for project management in an engineering environment; experience of product introduction is a plus
良好的沟通能力，可用英语交流
Good communication skill,able to communicate in English.

读图能力，机械系统理解能力
Drawings reading, mechanical system understanding.

熟悉IRIS体系，了解或掌握RAMC,LCC相关要求
Familiar with IRIS system, understand or grasp RAMC, LCC requirements

职位职责：

1.在投标阶段，分析客户技术要求，完成技术方案的设计和评审
In the bidding phase, analyse customer's technical requirements, prepare technical prpospal and related design reviews

2.完成产品的详细设计，组织有关设计评审;负责RAMS和LCC的分析
Complete the detailed designs, organize design reviews. Responsible for the RAMS and LCC analysis

3.负责产品设计的验证，包括型式试验大纲的制定，试验报告的准备等
Responsible for the design verification, including preparation of type test procedure, documentation of type test report

4.作为公司的内外部技术接口
Working as an internal and external technical window

5.作为项目领导者，识别完成项目所需的活动，在成本，质量，交期的要求下，完成项目
As a projeict Leader,Indentify all the activies needed for acheiving the project in terms of time,cost and quality

6.制定项目时间表，并跟踪项目的执行
Define time schedule and follows the excecution of the schedule

7.作为项目领导者，协调工程，采购，质量，工业化等部门
As the leader of the projects, coordinate engineering,purchasing,quality and industrialization team to achieve the project

8.对于从国外转移的项目，充当联络窗口，保证得到完整的项目信息启动和执行项目
Work as a communication liaison to sister companies for localization projects to ensure complete information is obtained to launch and execute projects
