职位描述
Key task:
1.Product Development: Work closely with Sales and Operations team to identify market needs and develop feasible products to cater customer needs.
2.Industry Developments Management: Keep self and team abreast of key development in the cross-border e-commerce logistics market and the competitive dynamics in the market. This also includes regulatory developments in the market related to Customs, Restricted Goods, etc.
3.Customer Management & Feedback: Increase share of wallet with existing customers, and maintain relationships to understand evolving customer needs. Fill product gaps to respective Product teams with justification and market sizing of the opportunity.
4.Partnerships Management: Develop strategic partnerships with e-commerce enablers like Global and Regional Office and industry players in the e-commerce value chain.
Desired Skills/Experience
1.Strong experience and network in South China market.
2.Work experience within the B2C e-commerce value chain is desirable.
3.Domain knowledge in US logistics and supply chain trend is a must.
4.10+ years managerial/leadership experience, demonstrable history of ecommerce product development success and leadership execution.
5.Product development and digitalisation experience is highly desired. ? Excellent knowledge of pricing and commercial analysis
