MISSION:
? Under the responsibility of the CHT/CCT Software Manager and Senior engineer, the Embedded Software Engineer has responsibility of: 
-  Support project team, software validation team, algorithm team and final customer 
-  Create and maintain software quality records. 
-  Design and develop embedded software for ECUs
POSITION RESPONSIBLITY: ？ To take part to the products development 
？ To give the technical support to other  engineering group
？ To follow Veoneer Product Development Standard and Software development standard
？ To use configuration management tool to maintain quality records.
？ To analyze the customers requirements and generate Software Requirement Specification.
？ To design and create software following Veoneer coding standard.
 
？ To give the technical support to the project, hardware, software validation and other functional team :
？ To participate to the product/project team meeting. 
？ To take part in the product improvement (tooling improvement, tests sequence….)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
？ Diploma:  
Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related engineering
？ Working Experience: 
- 3+ years experience in real-time embedded software environment. 
- Ability to work effectively within a global team.
？ Language: 
- Fluent Chinese
         - Fluent English.
 
REQUIREMENT LEVEL DEFINITION
？ Level 1: is capable with lead by others 
？ Level 2: is capable with support by others
？ Level 3: is capable independently
？ Level 4: is capable of coaching others
？ Level 5: is capable of inventing or defining new rules
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Background of embedded software product development phases (mandatory, Level 3).
- Experience in C programming (mandatory, Level 3).
- Experience in embedded software design, coding and testing(mandatory, Level 3). 
- Experience in at least one kind of Microchip, can read and understand Microchip, memory and EEPROM user manual (mandatory, Level 3).
- Experience of automotive communication protocols, like KWP200, ISO9141, CAN/J1850 and GMLAN is preferred.
- Have hand on experience in using emulator, debugging, unit testing and integration testing.
- Automotive software development experience is preferred
- Have basic hardware knowledge 
- Capable to handle Lab equipment, Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multi-meter waveform generator, etc.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- To be rigorous, autonomous and to manage the priorities 
- To be able to work in a small team with technicians/engineers
- Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support and to report the advancement 
- Team spirit and self-motivated. 
- Have strong will to learn and self-improvement
