Job descriptions and responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end business solutions in line with IT strategy
• Work closely with local and remote IT teams to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions, and implement system solutions
• Resolve the application issues from firm’s support portal, and make sure 70% of support tickets can be completed in 1 day
• Assure long outstanding support tickets can be escalated to superior or vendor when necessary
• Improve application support efficiency by enhancing application support library for knowledge sharing within the team mates
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders
• Explore and recommend new technologies to improvements to existing IT services

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 1 years’ working experience in .net development jobs, fresh graduate with a strong willing and ability to study is acceptable
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills; strong business sense and good business writing skills
• Ability to maintain effective communication and good relationships with team members
• Can use English write the Email, and basic English communication skill
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Database (both scripting and server administration), MS .Net is preferable
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
