Key Responsibilities

• Equipment OEE: monitor the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) including Yield, Cycle Time, Up- time performance of key process stations with provided guidance; track & record the performance; report abnormal equipment issues in production; identify opportunities of improvement.
• Line Qualification: verify the line qualification execution & completion; make sure process machines and supporting accessories are in place & running; sampling check factory data vs. report data.
• “DFM” Compliance Audit: audit the process setup & parameters in the factory to be following Apple doc- ument (DFM & MIP); report & feedback difference or violations; identify variations line to line, factory to factory.
• “Factory DFM” Compliance Audit: audit the material flow, material transfer, inventory station, basic 5S and handling to be follow Apple document (Factory DFM); report & feedback difference or violations; identify variations line to line, factory to factory; identify opportunities of improvement.
• In-process yield verification: verify the in-process real time yield (1st pass & rework) of the key process stations to be matching with the official yield report.
• Yield initiatives: identify any yield opportunities, quick wins from factory operation.
