Job Description
- Implement corporate standards in the area of responsibility (e.g. Code of Ethics, Values, company identity, policies, procedures, etc.).
- Work as the representative of or interface with client for the project assigned.
- Assist sales and marketing team to prepare proposal/contract by providing timeframe, resource needed, and other support for the project in the negotiation stage.
- Analyze the requirements with the customer, determine the strategy for the proposal and evaluate the feasibility. (required by more experienced PM)
- Oversee technical and organizational management as well as the financial aspects of the project.
- Negotiate significant changes in project specification or scope with the project client.
- Prepare Project Implementation Plan to determine timeframe, funding, limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
- Lead a team of subordinates, sub-contractors to execute projects in a timely manner, within budget and with optimum resources.
- Monitor and analyze project activities against the business plans, analyze the business equation and, if necessary, take corrective actions.

 Requirement
- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level
- Working experience: A minimum of 8 years’ experience in RAILWAY, at least 2 years project management experience, potentially backed-up with relevant qualifications in industry-standard project management techniques
- Knowledge in international engineering and project management systems
- Knowledge in Railway industry and experience on design or assessment in profession
- Be familiar with RST product of major supplier in China, Be familiar with below sub-system of rolling stock systems.
- Be familiar with EN 50126\8\9 or IEC 61508 standards, The internal/external training of EN50126\8\9 or IEC 61508 is highly recommended
- Be familiar with safety requirement of rolling stock, and functional safety requirements
- Good communication skills and business awareness
- Management aptitude (leadership, decision making)
- Good English and local language skills
- PC and office software Skills
- Good health is required
