职位描述
岗位职责：
1.根据公司的销售目标制定销售计划，负责指定区域的销售工作，完成销售业绩；
2.开发并负责所辖区域经销商的管理，与该地区主要经销商建立长期、稳定的合作关系；
3.建立完善的销售网络，进行行业品牌推广，提高产品的市场占有率；
4.开发并维护新的机电顾问，设计师和机电总包和大客户等资源，把控本地大项目的销售进展；
5.负责销售合同的制定和执行，认真组织销售货款回收工作，及时催收应收款，保证资金周转；
6.负责当地的各种突发性事件的协调、处理。
任职资格：
1、 暖通给排水，机械，电气自动化等专业
2、从事过相关行业，有设计师、机电顾问、机电总包等相关领域的经验优先考虑；
3、 良好的表达力和执行力；
4 、良好的销售和营销能力；
5、良好的抗压能力和进取心。
