How you will do it

Supports HR operational excellence through the flawless
execution of all mandatory, corporate & regional HR policies, processes
& tools within assigned group.

Administers company’s HR policy. Communicates and/or
clarifies to employees from respective Lines of Business / Project Sites
changes in policies and procedures.

Supports and handles matters pertaining to employee relation
issues: investigates complaints and/or reviews of termination matters.

Identify and drive initiatives to drive and promote positive
engagement

Supports all change management efforts in execution of key
business decisions or projects, e.g. organizational change, M&A due
diligence, restructuring, etc. Executes all required HR activities in line with
corporate standards & directives and legal requirements.

HR business partner role (supporting one or multiple
departments with performance management, GES, Labor Law, recruitment, OTR, etc.)

Provides timely input on business readiness and develops
& monitors action plans as and when required.

Follow all Health & Safety
and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or
communicated in training

Follow required emergency
prevention and operational controls

Report all accidents,
occupational illnesses and emergencies

Apply, execute and maintain
function related BOS issues

What we look for

Education

Master
or Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or equivalent

Job experience

Experience
in country/ field HR work is a must

At
least 6 years of progressive experience in HR function

Professional knowledge: in
detail when specialist function

Knowledge
of overall HR management and experience in handling highly sensitive
information, managing performance, dealing labor case, organizing employee
activity to enhance employee engagement

Experience
in developing local policies, while ensuring alignment with standard practices
and procedures

Experience
of data analysis and problem solving

HR
Professional System (People soft, WD, Platinum……)

MS
Office, Excel, Power Point und Lotus Notes

Language skills

Mother
tongue local language and fluent English

Interpersonal Skills/Teamwork

Ability  to cooperate with people of different levels
inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and
business objectives

Ability
to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people
