1、根据公司经营发展计划，为团队制定合理任务目标，帮助并提供支持确保目标及时完成

2、招聘并带领顾问团队服务客户要求，分析职位，给顾问提供搜寻方向的建议并及时跟进

3、收集、分析行业信息，评估潜在的商机，进行客户拓展工作，与客户保持有效的沟通，维护客户关系；

4、协助或推荐合适候选人，并跟进客户反馈，协助后续安排。

5、管理指导顾问的工作，监督执行，激励、教导并带领团队完成业绩指标，对新人进行系统的行业知识以及技能培训；

6、参与发展目标制定，战略调整，提供市场信息和合理建议；

任职要求：

1、3年以上猎头行业经验，360猎头，有较强的做单及项目对接能力。

2、有团队组建和管理思维或经验；有行业招聘团队管理经验也可以考虑。

3、热爱并愿意在猎头行业发展。

4、有激情并敢于挑战高难度目标，能够在一定的压力下开展工作。

5、具有良好的客户服务意识、团队合作意识。
