Responsibilities:

• Support in identifying strategic priorities/initiatives, performing strategic planning and incubating new business model enriched by digital trend
• Support in implementing strategic projects focused on Renal business innovation and digital transformation, by coordinating internal/external requirements, developing proposals, integrating contract requirements with business operations, perform alliance management, etc.
• Support in developing business cases to assess both organic & inorganic opportunities and seize emerging growth opportunities
• Use appropriate project management tools, communication plans and risk management techniques to create rigor in project planning and implementation

• Drive internal and external communication to ensure on time and quality delivery and execution

• Other duties as required

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, business, management or life science, 5+years corporate experience or 3+ years management consulting experience

• Solid experience in project planning, management and implementation

• Self-driven with entrepreneurial spirit; strong strategic thinking

• Strong communication skills with high accountability

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

Highly Preferred:

• Management Consulting experience

• Experience in healthcare services or digital healthcare

• Alliance experiences working with key internal and external stakeholders

• Oversea study/work experience
