协助店长，负责组织开展店铺培训工作。

岗位职责

1、负责公司相关培训课程的店铺转训及跟进  

负责店铺员工在参加完公司相关培训课程后的转训、跟进、辅导和考评等  

2、根据店铺日常需求开展的培训活动  

根据店铺的实际需求，在店长的指导下计划并组织开展相应的培训工作，例如：新员工店铺带教、产品知识培训及陈列基础技巧等  

3、销售支持  

协助店铺同事开展销售工作  

4、其他店培训支持（中高级适用）  

能在完成自己店铺员工培训转训、跟进的基础上辐射周边店铺的转训、辅导及跟进工作

任职要求

1、高中及以上学历

2、热爱培训工作、表达能力及逻辑性强

3、有高级品牌时装销售带教经验者优先

4、年龄在20-35岁之间，五官端正，形象气质佳

5、有良好的口头表达能力、沟通能力、客户服务意识，工作积极主动
