职位描述
Previously worked in audit firm with relevant experience, CPA or ACCA is preferred.
Resopnsibility:
(1)General Ledger management:
-- Build up a frame of Retail Accounting P&P, in line with corporate policies and compliance with US GAAP
-- Manage monthly Retail accounting closing.
--Manage COA, and maintain master data of cost centers and profit centers.
-- Drive Retail monthly P&L review .
-- Build up balance sheet management, and improve retail accounting P&P through balance sheet ledger analysis
-- Ensure strong compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act.
(2)Fixed Assets Management
--Work with business partners to enhance Fixed Assets control process
--Manage Fixed Assets booking to ensure compliance with global accounting policy.
(3)Statutory Reporting Management
--Prepare company and stores' statutory reports timely and accurately, and compliance with PRC GAAP.
Required:
(1) Technical:
--At least 10 years working experience in general accounting function with MNS;
--Familiar with PRC GAAP and US GAAP;
--Familiar with SAP system, and have project experience, and project leader experience is preferred;
--Has SOX control experience; Has experience on financial reporting, and has strong financial analysis skills.
(2)Communication/Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
(3)Management/Leadership (if applicable): with at least 5years leadership in general accounting function.
(4)Other: Good communicator with great leadership; SAP knowledge is a must.
