Responsibilities:

Develope new suppliers via visiting Exhibitions, ALIBABA, MAKE IN CHINA platforms, introduce between suppliers.
Prepare RFQ (Request for Quote) and issue to prospective vendors. Collect quotations and evaluate of vendors.
Deliver the cost targets: be responsible for price-out and support the technical team on cost-out projects. 1) Negotiation with major suppliers 2) Be able to identify opportunities and work closely with the Sector team to deliver the required cost targets in Procurement area 3) Support cross functional team to deliver cost-out projects, Make sure vendors understand HQ's requirements correctly.
Monitoring Supplier performance, conduct WIP QC and final QC to ensure product quality and deliver time.
Insure goods are delivered correctly according to order requests.
Control of stocks and prepare of alternative suppliers.
Ensure products and services are acquired at lowest possible cost while still meeting minimum quality requirements


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, with professional training in Purchasing/Supply Chain
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
Minimum of 5 years solid experience in Procurement.
Working experience in retails construction area
Extensive internal and external communication skills are required with both operations and corporate personnel
Knowledge of general accounting procedures, government (including tax) regulations and laws applicable to the purchasing function
Be adaptable for business travel frequently.
