Sales Engineer-Metal Working Fluid
销售工程师-金属加工液
Job Summary工作描述
1. Responsible for the maintenance and in-depth development of key customers of metal working fluid, achieving sales target and gross margin.
负责金属加工液重点客户维护和深度开发,完成销售指标及毛利率;
2. Responsible for the product application, trial production, problem analysis, customer production technology improvement and other comprehensive technical services of metal processing fluid additives, and provide technical support and maintenance support for pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services
负责金属加工液添加剂在所在地区的产品应用、试产、问题分析、客户生产技术改进等全面技术服务,做好售前、售中、售后服务技术支持和维护支持;
3.Responsible for guiding and training the on-site personnel for the normal application and maintenance of products.
负责指导和培训生产现场人员对产品的正常应用和维护;
4. Make regular sales summary and work report. 定期进行销售总结及工作汇报;
Qualifications and Requirements职位要求
1. Solid theoretical knowledge of products, familiar with the machining industry, understanding the use and maintenance of metal working fluid, cleaning agent or rust inhibitor.
具备扎实的产品理论知识,对机械加工行业熟悉,了解金属加工液、清洗剂或防锈剂的使用和维护;
2. Experience in sales of machine tools, tools or industrial lubricants is preferred.
有从事机床销售、刀具销售或工业润滑油品销售经验的优先考虑;
3. Experience in cleaning, surface treatment, cleaning machinery sales is preferred
有从事清洗、表面处理、清洗机械销售行业经验的优先考虑;
4.Strong ability to solve problems and provide solutions, technical thinking and experience in mechanical.
具有丰富的解决问题以及提供解决方案的能力,并具有机械方面技术思维和操作经验;
5.Good communication skills and ability to build long term relationships with customers.
良好的沟通技巧,能够与客户建立长期信任的关系;
6.Experience in value sales training is preferred. 拥有价值销售培训经验者为佳
