销售工程师-复合材料
Job Summary工作描述
1. Responsible for key customers maintenance and in-depth development of composites release agent, achieving sales target and gross margin.
负责复合材料脱模剂重点客户维护和深度开发,完成销售指标及毛利率;
2. Responsible for the comprehensive technical service of the product application, trial production, problem analysis and customer production technology improvement of the composite release agent , as well as the technical support and maintenance support before, during and after sales.
负责复合材料脱模剂等耗材在所在地区的产品应用、试产、问题分析、客户生产技术改进等全面技术服务,做好售前、售中、售后服务技术支持和维护支持;
3. Responsible for guiding and training the on-site personnel for the normal application and maintenance of products.
负责指导和培训生产现场人员对产品的正常应用和维护;
4. Make regular sales summary and work report. 定期进行销售总结及工作汇报;
Qualifications and Requirements职位要求
1.Familiar with the processing technology of composites release agent.
熟悉复合材料脱模剂产品加工工艺;
2. Have solid product theory knowledge, familiar with composite material processing industry.
具备扎实的产品理论知识,熟悉复合材料加工行业;
3. Strong ability to solve problems and provide solutions, technical thinking and experience in mechanical.
具有丰富的解决问题以及提供解决方案的能力,并具有机械方面技术思维和操作经验;
4. Good communication skills and ability to build long term relationships with customers.
良好的沟通技巧,能够与客户建立长期信任的关系;
5. Experience in value sales training is preferred. 拥有价值销售培训经验者为佳
