Industrialization Engineer

Base: Zhangjiang, Shanghai

 

Looking for excellent candidates with strong leadership and great passion to work in global environment. In this role, you will start with the function skills you are interested, then having the opportunities to rotate in different functions to acquire multi skills. After earlier career integration period, you can decide to further development in specific technical functions or for industrialization project management in offer creation center or mass production environment. The streams of industrialization function for your selection:

 

1. Electronic Engineering Oriented

1.  PCBA & electronic products design for manufacturing & testing

2.  Define PCBA manufacturing process specification and test strategy

3.  Manufacturing process and tools qualification during manufacturing prototype

 

1. Assembly Process & Automation Oriented

1.  Take part in the early period of new product development project, acknowledge the product test requirements, discuss and confirm the test feasibility with designers

2.  In charge of the scheme draft, vendor selection, design assess, follow the manufacturing process and use the systematic analysis to check and accept during the production period

3.  According to 6-Sigma and Lean production to design the assembly process after justifying the design, quality and sales forecast, ensure the manufacturing process

 

1. Parts & Tooling Oriented

1.  Learn and master manufacturability study - “design for manufacturing” (DFM), mold flow…

2.  Learn and master cost estimation for both part and tooling

3.  Define tool specification, support RFQ and supplier mapping, and then follow up supplier tools development and qualification, including design review, try run (CMI), samples & FAIR submission, manage ECN…

 

1. Supply Chain Oriented

1.  Design & deploy end to end supply chain architecture from suppliers, plant to global distribution centers including physical flow, order flow and forecast flow.

2.  Define stocking policy, transportation mode for global distribution centres so as to satisfy customer logistic offer.

3.  Define logistic agreement with suppliers including MOQ, lead-time…

 

1. Industrial Cost Oriented

1.  Competitor cost analysis on internal & external benchmark product

2.   New product cost simulation and consolidation during the whole project phase

3.   Analysis on cost variance between project stage gate

 

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, overseas background is preferred

2. Major in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Logistics and Supply Chain, Mold design & Manufacturing and other related

3. Good English in both oral and writing, French is a plus

4. Strong ownership & learning agility & communication skills in global context 

5. Good analysis and problem- solving skills

6. Proficient in Software Pre-E, UG, CAD, Microsoft office
