This position is for a senior network engineer to be responsible for the project implementations in the area of Network and Security, oversee day-to-day Network services and delivery. This position is to contribute towards IST global strategies as well as China business growth requirements. The primary responsibilities of this position includes:
¨ Act as key contact point of network infrastructure activities.
¨ Responsible for technical solution of network infrastructure services in China, including LAN, WAN, Internet, Remote access, Security, data/voice networking and telecommunications, etc.
¨ Manage internal and external parties to deliver day to day network operations, ensure network service reliability, availability and serviceability met defined SLA.
¨ Manage and/or participant network projects in China and AP region
¨ Communicate and coordinate schedule outage, maintenance downtime to users and partners as appropriate.
¨ Oversee the planning, solution proposal, implementation relate to network infrastructure
¨ Plan and develop Network infrastructure align with global IT strategy and China business requirement
¨ Collaborate closely with global counterparts to deliver network services and solutions
¨ Contribute into related IT project, solution, plan and strategy
¨ Proactively identifies and implements innovative ways by leveraging infrastructure technology to add value to the business, and evaluate areas for potential cost savings.
¨ Available for 24X7 on call support


Education Knowledge & Experience
Education: University Graduate.


5+ years middle/ big scale network implementation and operational experience.


2 to 4 years of project management experience.


Demonstrable solid technical skills in network and security areas


Cisco certified CCNP,CCIE is a plus


Experience in Checkpoint Firewall, Cisco ASA, VPN solution, IPS/IDS.


Good troubleshooting skills on network infrastructure operation issues.


Intimate understanding of current network technologies, security tools, network management tools.


Strong knowledge of Security management.


Familiar with IT governance, understand change management.


Good project management skill
