• Manage software Team hiring & onboarding, develop and plan employee career.

• Coaching & feedback for software team members.

• Charges software technology roadmap.

 

Requirement:

• Master or Bachelor degree.

• At least 5 years software development experiences, proficient in at least one of following area: Front End, Back End, Database, cloud, mobile App.

• Be passionate and accountable, willing to learn.
