工作摘要/目的

Job Summary / Purpose ？ Assist/responsible for internal management reporting and controlling, as well as monthly closing and reporting.

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

？ Support line manager during annual budget planning process, including drafting guidelines, template, tools, coordination with region and BU, etc.

？ Assist BU in related budget planning preparation, justification, cross-checking, renew and relevant analysis, assure the company policies are strictly applied and follow-up assessment.

？ Responsible for department reports database preparation, deliver reports to regional heads and other small teams in HK and other Asian regions.

？ Support line manager in providing meaningful financial reports and analysis for Asia regions.

？ Support manager to improve the reporting and planning process by standardizing the process and exploring the automation solution.

？ Provide monthly capacity cost report for HK and other Asian regions, work with regional managers to understand the drivers causing the budget versus actual and previous period variances. Ensure compliance to preapproval/budget.

？ Work independently to book journals in ERP system, prepare vouchers include but not limited to salary, pension, IIT in China and all the voucher payment and invoice issue to CPAS for HK or other possible regions.

？ Responsible for GL monthly closing for whole HK and part of China, including fixed assets, leasing, etc.

？ Ensure the accounts are consolidated according to Group, PRC and HK accounting standards, and ensure all accounting treatments in compliance with Group (IFRS) and other local statutory accounting standards.

？ Ensure accurate and timely, efficient and complete monthly closing process as assigned and prepare monthly disclosure of relevant accounts.

？ Participant in monthly/year closing and external reporting, for both group financial year closing, as well as PRC calendar year closing.

？ Provide support to some business departments in China and all departments in HK and other possible regions.

？ Deliver specific tasks as assigned by line manager

任职资格Job Qualifications

？ Bachelor degree or above, major in finance/accounting/economics

？ Relevant finance technical knowledge

？ Good finance and data analysis skills

？ Good command of written and spoken English

？ Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

？ ERP system knowledge, Oracle E1 knowledge/experience is preferred.

？ Manage multiple priorities and switch between tasks relatively easily

？ Good teamwork spirit
