> Our job

- To conduct the whole recruitment process including interview, evaluation, negotiation with hiring manager, offer and induction plan.
- Responsible for new comers on boarding process and continuously improve their satisfaction regarding on board process.
- Communicate with hiring manager to understand business needs and give support on human resources function.
- Develop and Maintain recruiting channel such as labor agency, technical colleage and headhunting to achieve hiring requests.
- Support and ensure recruiting report and employee information is updated on a daily base.

> Your profile

- 5+ years experience in HR function, including Staffing, Recruiting or Headhunting.
- Experience in MNC and Agency is preferred.
- Good command of English in Written and oral.
- Work under pressure and good patient with detail and accuracy oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Must be self-directed and innovative, able to effectively prioritize tasks with good time management skills.
