职位描述
薪资：25000左右+800补贴，13薪

Manage and develop Technical Support team in sustainable way.
Manage all dealer’s aftersales repair quality and do PDCA improvement with regional collaboration.
Lead Technical Support Team to provide daily dealer technical support and maintain agreed service levels.
Act as GTS - Global Technical Support representative of Level 1 Technical Support in China market, contribute and drive changes towards brand & market development needs.
Plan and develop the tech support team competence, including diagnostic knowledge and equipment for demanding customers.
Coordinate Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, Legal, PCO, Q&CS etc. team to handle critical cases in company level.
Monitor and manage dealer technical operation level, drive for improvement via field force and E-system.
Identify and define product deviations, and provide sufficient feedback for product improvement purpose.
Implement service solutions and address potential discrepancies.
Support team to escalate critical cases to next level and drive for resolution.
Initiate, execute and follow up activities as required to ensure that key responsibilities are meet.
要求：
Education
Bachelor degree.
Automotive Engineering or other relevant subjects.
Experience
At least 3 years professional experience within Volvo Cars.
Auto Technical Support related work for at least 5 years.
Quality conscious and ability to put the customer in focus.
Experience in managing staff.
Ability/Skills/Personalities
Leadership skills: Yes.
Auto Repair Skill: Vehicle diagnosis logic and analysis.
English Skill: Excellent both verbal and in writing.
Communication Skill:
Strong interpersonal skills to lead cross functional teams/issues.
Able to handle occasional interaction with customers / Authorities.
Ability to act independently:
Ability to lead and work within a team and networking ability.
Ability to act independently and drive issues within the area of responsibility.
Analytical and self-driven person with inspirational and motivating appearance. Works in a responsible way on given tasks.
PC Skill: Good with: Words, XLS, PPT and WEB based applications.
Knowledge about Critical Concern Action Process.
Problem solving skills with hands on mentality.
