职位描述
服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Owner of sample management – proto, CS and other samples. Manage intern’s work.
Responsible for FLA/commercial download/tradeshow process support & document preparation.
PLM, DV, PAT master file and other company working systems input & maintain
VLP and Assortment making & responsible for consolidate to commercial download/tradeshow document.
Sr manager project support.
Key Responsibilities:
Cooperate with category merchants and logistic to receive proto and sales samples, 2 seasons per year
Maintain system receiving for samples, support finance to check invoice
Manage samples, proto samples for pre-booking and CS samples for booking, include sample packaging, hang tag making and documents printing
Work with category merchant and VM to set up show room for each season and events eg: training
Working systems operation eg: product adoptions, activation, upload sales sample orders etc.
Support category merchant to work on excl. VLP (visual line plan) & assortment deck of each season
Parcel sending & receiving.
Support sr. managers for marketing visit, picture download, product information collectiong & part of daily communication during sr. manager absence
Co-work with other functional team (planning/allocation/Marketing/commercial)

Good in team work and communication
Good in English (written is a must and spoken is add on)
Passion in fashion industry and brands
Windows 7 - basic
Outlook – basic
Excel – advanced
Power point - advanced
Work System – to be coached need to be very good in using
College education or 1 years + fashion apparel related working experience
