工作内容:
Position summary
The Greater China Career Development (CD) Assistant is part of the Consulting HR Team in Greater China. Working together with the Career Development Manager, he/she will provide coordination support to the career development process, with primary focus on the Associate Development Committee of the Consulting Team in Greater China. The CD Assistant will also work closely with members of the Consulting Team and the broader Consulting HR team at both the Greater China, Asia Pacific and Global levels to deliver an excellent CD process for the Greater China Consulting team. 
Successful candidate for the Career Development Assistant needs to be well organized, service oriented, efficient and smart. He/she enjoys a dynamic working environment involving professionals across different levels and has a strong strive for excellence. He/she should also have strong interest to learn about career development; and is motivated to develop new ideas to manage the career development process for the Consulting Team. He/she also needs to be experienced in managing data and performing basic analysis using tools such as Excel. 
Principal duties and responsibilities including but not limited to: 
Consulting Team’s career development process coordination, focusing on Associate Development Committee (ADC): 
Coordinate career development process for Associates and Senior Associate cohorts.
Coordinate general career development process support such as MDA and evaluation management.
Prepare material for ADC meetings and support meeting logistics.
Attend ADC meeting and prepare meeting records (travel is required).
Powerpoint slide production when necessary.
Support Career Development Manager in developing Consulting Team’s career development framework and process.
Other ad-hoc requests as needed.


应聘条件:
Bachelor degree, preferably with business or HR focus.
Diploma or Associate degree with minimum of 5 years' of work experience in a dynamic or sizeable multi-national environment will also be considered.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook. Good basic computing skills, comfortable with IT/system tools. 
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese 
Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, high attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups.
Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service oriented environment 
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual team environment, partnering across functions, geographies, cultures and staff levels within BCG.
Convey a strong positive personal and professional image with excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics. 
Team player, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly. 
Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
