I.                Responsibilities: (Please list the daily tasks)

1. Manage SQE team daily work, create and update work process, define KPIs, drive team for improvement.

2. New supplier qualification: work with Sourcing Engineer & buyer on qualification & approval of new suppliers;

3. Outsourcing project quality management

4. First article & Engineering change tracking: knowledge transfer and technical support on drawing interpretation, process creation, tooling & fixture building;

5. Following up of quality deviation from suppliers: non-conforming material treatment, work closely with suppliers on identification of the root cause and monitor the suppliers to take corrective & preventive actions;

6. Supplier quality development and sustaining: annual and process audit, monitor and support supplier on the improvement of quality management, working process, etc;

7. Other tasks assigned by superior.

I.                Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related majors;

2. Five years or more supplier quality management experience;

3. Experiences in material and sheet metal processing: fabrication/welding/painting;

4. Familiar with ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001, auditor certificate is preferred;

5. Familiar with quality tools like FMEA, SPC, PPAP, etc;

6. Good interpersonal and communication skill;

7. Good leadership, 2+ years people management experience;

8. Fluent oral & written English, Excel, PPT.
