1.       Quarterly Tax Payment analysis

2.       Review Annual CIT Returns and TP documentations

3.       Group tax reporting

4.       Contract review for tax related issue, e.g. cross-border non-trade payments  

5.       Lead ongoing / new tax projects, e.g. tax exemption, refund etc.

6.       Lead the defence of tax / customs inspection cases  

7.       Keep good relationship and maintain regular communication with key tax bureau, customs office, finance bureau and commerce department etc.  

8.       Monitor tax contribution and lead financial subsidies applications 

9.       Identify risks in relation with the business operation and develop action plan for feasible solutions

10.     Other ad hoc projects such as strategic tax planning and other tax advisory issues
