· Conduct and implement EHS program under the AUTOLIV guidance/policy to improve plant Environment, Health, Safety for plant operation purpose;

根据公司的指导方针，贯彻实施EHS项目，以改善工厂环境、健康、安全的工厂运营；

· Focus on Chemical safety, ergonomic, personal protection ,Health and safety process;

专注于化学品安全，人机工程学，个人防护，安全健康流程等；

· Facilitates process and provides technical /administrative leadership to ensure strictly compliance with related EHS regulations and requirement, whatever internal or external;

通过制定流程制定和技术支持保障EHS 内外部的合规性；

· Work with other function dept., continuously identifies, assesses, and reduces/eliminates plant EHS risk;

和相关部门协作，持续识别、评估、减少/消除EHS 风险；

· Investigates incidents and accidents (including near misses) to determine root causes, prepares/directs corrective action plans and manage the following up;

调查EHS事件和事故（包括未遂事故），以确定根源，准备/指导纠正行动计划并跟踪；

· Responsible for comprehensive understanding and implementation the new national/local legislation and regulation related EHS;

负责全面了解和执行国家/地方有关EHS的法律法规；

· Planning and implementing internal EHS audit program, participate external audit program per request;

计划和实施内部审核，在有需要时参与外部审核；

· Organize and deliver EHS related training to ensure the plant EHS performance, trainee including employee, visitor, contractor ,supplier etc;

组织和实施EHS相关培训，确保工厂的EHS绩效，包括员工、访客、承包商、供应商等；

· Communicating and cooperating with plant level and ACH corporate functions to fulfill AUTOLIV reporting requirements;

保持工厂间的沟通与合作，并与AUTOLIV 管理公司的职能部门进行合作，以实现AUTOLIV的报告要求；

· Others task arranged by supervisor/dept. manger or plant management team.
