I. Tasks / activities:

- Assist EHS Manager to implement, maintain and improve EHS system.

- Create and filing of EHS system document.

- Regularly collection and compliance assessment of EHS laws and regulations.

- EHS daily audit and record, completion and closing of the rectification in workplace.

- Maintenance of fire-fighting facilities and equipment.

- Responsible for the management of special equipment, special work license and PPE.

- Assist EHS manager to execute EHS training program.

- Organization of occupational health check-up, review the medical report and deal with   abnormity staff.

- Contractor management and construction hazardous working for approval on site.

- Organization of legally disposal of Industrial hazardous waste and surveillance of Environmental protection equipment.

- Assist EHS manager by investigation, treatment and reporting of EHS incident and accident

- Other work assigned by EHS Manager.

Quality Management:

- Assist QM Manager to implement, maintain and improve Quality system.

- Create and filing of Quality system document.

- Participation of internal & external quality audit.

Knowledge / skills required:

- Graduated with Science and Engineering bachelor degree

- 2 years’ work experience of EHS in hazardous chemical industry.

- Knowledge of ISO14001; OHSAS18001; ISO/TS16949 is a plus.

- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill, Problem solving ability, Self-starter, Results orientation

- Can work independently

- Good English knowledge in writing
