    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

·         Based on the project schedule to develop project procurement plan

·         Lead the negotiation process when necessary

·         Responsible for the purchasing document and contract process

·         Monitor the shipment plan of purchased equipment, coordinate with logistics team to ensure the on time delivery of the goods.

·         Review, sign and get approval of all related documents to ensure the compliance with project requirement.

Other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager.

PERSON  SPECIFICATION

1. Education/Professional qualifications: Bachelor degree, major in related project engineering preferred 
2. 3 years above working experience 
3. Prefer to have project purchasing experience
