Job Description

1. Responsible for 3D and 2D designs of components.
2. Analyze design requirements and come up design concepts.
3. Use analysis tools (CAE, for example) for stress analysis, reliability analysis.
4. Work with engineering team and supplier to come with best design and process in function, quality and cost.
5. Ensure quality and delivery of prototype parts by working with ESM/suppliers.？ Conduct FMEA of responsible parts.
6. Problem solving in failure analysis (FTA, FMA,…) .
7. File invention disclosure for innovations.

Qualifications

Basic requirement:
1. 3+ years？ design engineering experience (Tier 1 or 2).
2.？ BS+ degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
3. Good English (written and spoken)
Preferable:
1. Experience in automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2
2. Experience in mechatronic product design (pump/compressor, motor and motor control)
