Actively participate in new product development process from TG0 to TG4

Act as the voice of plant into project development process for quality related topics

Attend the design review meeting

Ensure the alignment between DFMEA and PFMEA, control plan, CC/SC list and drawing

Responsible for pre-production and serial control plan and quality check of prototype control plan

Responsible to cascade customer project specific Quality requirements to the plant

Ensures that parts shipped by the plant (including prototypes) are meeting specifications approved in TG0 to TG3

In charge of handover of Quality tasks to Production Quality during phase 4

Attends all project meetings, all major milestones preparations and all TG recommendation reviews

Supports Project Manager/Project Team Leader in customer APQP

Prepares initial PPAP by collecting relevant documents and verify submission

Moderates problem solving activities within project when 8D is required

Supports Yokoten and Lessons Learned as any other team member

Supports customer visits related to the project, e.g. trial run, run at rate

Responsible of process audit before SOP

Supports PFMEA Go, See and Fix

Verifies proper forecasting of calibration parts, go/no go gauges, master samples and ensure

functional effectiveness

Creates AS412 instructions and collects results until production for saleable vehicles

Diploma: Bachelor’s degree

Working Experience:

At least 5 years working experience, 3 years in automotive company

Automotive electronics is preferred.

Knowledge about SMT/assembly process is preferred.

Be familiar to Quality related tools, e.g. 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, Control Plan, good quality mindset

Language: Fluent English
