Main Tasks:

·       Customer 0km/warranty complain handing

-       Work closely with the team of failure analysis, supplier quality, process quality to drive the 8D investigation of  0km and warranty claim from OEM

-       Report to the OEM and fulfill customer’s requirement, including response time, understanding and acceptance.

-        Well understood OEM’s supplier management system and KPI for Tier-1. Take the full responsibility to drive good performance for Veoneer.

·       Prepare the PPAP of new project for customer approval

-       Work closely with project team to follow customer project time schedule and drive the PPAP preparation, submission and customer approval.

·       Coordinate customer audit

-       Organize and prepare customer audit/visit, e.g. fixed the date, agenda, internal preparation

-       Document and summary customer finding during the audit.

-       Work closely with cross function team to drive the action plan for the finding on time.

·       Get customer approval for process change

-       Work closely with cross function team in CCB (Change Control Board) process, inform customer about the change and get customer approval according to the time schedule.

·       Other duties that may be required by Quality manager or Quality supervisor

Competences:

Level (diploma) required:

-       Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related engineering area

 

Experience:

-       3+ years’ experience in Automotive industry company in Quality, Process function

-       Tier1 customer quality experience for Japan customer such as Honda/Subaru is preferred.

-       Good communication ability to work effectively within a cross function and global team.

 

Technical skills required:

-       Knowledge of quality tools, e.g. 8D, FMEA, Control plan

-       Knowledge of OEM specific quality system is preferred, special for Japan OEM system such as Subaru, Honda and else.  

-       Knowledge of electrical control unit manufacturing process.

-       Knowledge of component (e.g, IC, housing, PCB) is preferred.

 

Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:

-       Good communication and open mind.

-       Can working in high pressure and often travel

-       Good skill of report preparation, customer reporting and presentation.  

-       Team spirit and self-motivated.

-       Have strong willing to learn and self-improvement

 

Languages:

-       Fluent Chinese

-       Good English

-       Good Japanese is preferred
