Main Responsibility:

?  Closely work with commercial and product team, make price proposal with cost analysis and profit

optimization.

?  Drive related pricing process on requesting and documenting all appropriate approvals of pricing,

including rebates, and other price related requests.

?  Timely execute price maintenance in SAP per sales policy, DOA and SOX requirement, including

(mainly for REF customers) additions/changes/deletions of products from existing/new price.

?  Ensure compliance of pricing and invoicing through verification of customer data, exception

report monitoring, pricing action documentation, accuracy of pricing on all invoices, and access

to customer pricing is appropriately restricted and reviewed (mainly for REF customers).

?  Support analysis on report generation, including product cost, price lists, variance metrics etc.,

and provide profitability recommendations upon the result.

?  Assist to provide training to sales team and other related functions.

?  Serve as NA and EMEA Refinish Pricing Specialist back up as needed.

?  Other ad-hoc assignments.

Qualification:

?  Bachelor's degree of Business or Finance.

?  Minimum 3 – 5 year’s analytics and project management experience.

?  Proficient in MS Office applications and advanced Excel skills. Power BI experience is a plus.

?  Experienced with SAP R/3, SFDC preferred.

?  Quick learner with self-motivated and problem solver.

?  Team player with independent views, and proactive to support with good communication skills.

?  Able to prioritize and multi-task in a high speed, flexible environment.

?  Attention to details, well-organized, and highly accurate.

?  Knowledge of Auto industry aftermarket business is a plus.
