职位描述
- Drive key account strategy for working with cross function team members to accelerate growth and strengthen the pipeline of large opportunities by leveraging company scale and value proposition.
- Drive commercial discipline through the deployment of robust sales processes including accurate forecast and pipeline management and marketing leads. Drive sales force productivity.
- Responsible for relationship and overall account management at high potential customers.
- Responsible for all account development activities including account strategy execution and management, ongoing communication of value proposition and value-added programs and services, resource coordination, price management and achievement of forecasted profitable growth.
- Instruct, Tutor, Mentor and coach the team of National Key Account managers.
- Support, evaluate and control the way of working of National Key Account managers.
- Joint visit and conduct business reviews with Regional FOM, Regional Store Managers and to take/ adjust actions.
- Support Regional FOM / Store Managers in defining actions for the stores/region with regards to the strategy execution.
- Customer portfolio management (Inflow/Outflow), set up yearly targets for Key account team.
- Review for weekly, monthly and yearly action plan based on Key account strategy which is in line with country strategy with NKA managers.
Skills:
- Very good expertise in HoReCa business, familiar with the target customers purchase behaviour, products range, pricing, trading terms & other commercial schemes.
- Very good knowledge about customer requirement on HoReCa products, quality standard, buying channels
- Excellent expertise in project management
- Entrepreneurial and customer focus, ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the Food Service business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High ability and working spirit to implement strategies and concepts
- High expertise in Change Management and to align people to changes and new strategies
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to use computer, office programs and database (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experiences:
- Minimum 10 years of Marketing, Sales and / or Key Account Management experience within HoReCa trading channel at Senior Management levels, with prior experience in leading a Marketing & Sales team at a regional / national level
- Team management over 5 years.
- Familiar with sales operations, relationship management
- Ability to develop high levels of credibility and positive professional relationships with customers and upper management.
