Responsibilities 
? Responsible for the components cost analysis based on machining process, cycle time, equipment cost as well as raw material;
? Responsible for supplier assets manaement including moulds and fixture investment checking and phycical counting.
? Support sourcing to negotiate price with supplier by process analysis;
? Support sourcing team to cost down purchasing price.

Technical Skills
? Strong in Machining process (gear production process is plus)
? Strong in Mechanical knowedge 
? Cost of machining prcess (equipment, cycle time, cost per hour)

Requirements
Ideal candidates will be highly disciplined, motivated, have a positive outlook and work ethic and the ability to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. In addition, candidate must have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
? Five years minimum of experience in machining company.
? Ability to handle complexity and work under pressure 
? Attention to detail and accuracy 
? Be good at in Spoken and Written English is plus
