Position Title: Associate Quality Manager

Department: Quality

Responsibility

1.1 Primary Responsibility

1) Build team goals of DHR (Device History Record) reviewers and quality data center, work for related sources and methods, monitor the progress and keep to the success;

2) Work on shared company quality goals and keep to the success;

3) Develop and organize continuous improvement projects of DHR team and quality data center;

4) Make and implement clear team development plans by comprehensively considering company needs and resources;

5) Provide regular assessments, suggestions and guidance for supervisors on personnel management, project implementation, and team goals;

6) Help on problems which need company-wide cooperation and work on solutions when there are conflicts;

7) Support and make efforts on other team’s projects which involve DHR review or quality data center;

8) Support on urgent difficult or urgent problems in DHR teams or quality data center

1.2 Secondary Responsibility

1) Support on overall Medline quality improvement projects

2) Backup for related supervisors or manager when necessary;

3) Others assigned by manager

Requirements

1 Education and skills

1) Bachelor degree at least, science background is preferred;

2) Fluent both in written and verbal English, CET 6 or equivalent or above;

3) Familiar with general office software, especially excel and PPT;

4) Good at data analysis, related work experience is preferred;

5) 5 years’ work experience in quality and 3 years in management at least;

6) Good at managing multiple projects at the same time;

7) Good at communication;

8) Able to work under pressure;

9) Good at planning and organizing
