职位描述
- Demonstrate deep financial and strategic insight into customers, to develop a clear understanding of customers’ e-commerce strategies, utilizing industry knowledge and service insight to build and deliver a long-term customer strategy and outstanding performance
- Lead digitalization transition project, with focusing on building a capable team who can identify customer expectation and service requirement and create sustainable long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with creative leaders and team to ensure the flawless development and execution of communication across all digital channels in support of company
Business development
- Manage digital service suppliers to drive insights and to make strategic recommendations across all digital platform
- High degree of self-sufficiency, with reports to BOD and Sr. management team regularly and provides timely updates on both pipeline and forecasts of digitalization process
- Bachelor degree or above
- Senior Managerial leader with 5+ years of e-commerce / digital experience or
consulting background in the China market
- Experience of cross-functional collaboration between technical service delivery,
support, product & commercial teams
