Be familiar with railway and mass transit market;Around 10 yesr working experience,at least 5 years sales or project management experience in the railway or mass transit maket;lead or complete the major project independently;be familiar with the car buidler and main metro companys

职位职责：

1.现有客户的维护, 了解客户的信息和需求
Keep close contact with existing cutomers and follow up their activity and demand.

2.铁路及轨道交通市场新客户的开拓及市场分析
Develop the new customer/projects in industry market and make the marketing study at the same time.

3.参与销售目标和策略的制定
Participate in the fixation of sales target and strategy.

4.处理客户询价函和商务谈判，并组织订单评审和风险管理组织工作
Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) and commercial proposals.Organize order review and risk managerment

5.完成制定的销售目标
Fulfill the sales target

6.潜在和现有业务的管理和跟踪
Manage and follow up the existing and potential projects

7.客户售后服务支持并进行客户满意度调查
After sales service and support，customer satisfaction investigation

8.参与持续改善公司与铁道部、主机厂、地铁公司客户的客户关系
Contribute to the improvement of the "Guanxi" to MOR, car builder and metro enduser
