Responsibilities岗位职责：
1. Prepare and check ERP-iscala stock transactions every week; verify difference between stock
ledger and general ledger at end of month.
每周过账并审核 ERP-iscala 系统生成的库存帐,月底核对库存分类账与总账有无差异
2. Inspection sales orders, purchase orders, working orders closed on time in the ERP-iscala system
at end of each month.
每月月底确保所有的销售订单,采购订单,生成工单在系统中已关闭。
3. Create Raw material code in ERP-iscala system.
在 ERP 系统中创建原料编码。
4. Check the information of new customer and finish goods in the ERP-iscala system which match
the Group MDM software’s requirements.
检查 ERP 系统中新建客户与产成品的信息, 确保字段信息符合集团的要求。
5. Prepare monthly new products report; customer, SKU sales reports with margin indicators at
beginning of each month.
每月月初准备新品月报,客户及产品利润率报表。
6. Prepare headcounter’s monthly and quarter financial reporting.
每月准备总部月报及季报财务报表。
7. Prepare yearly financial budget and update quarterly financial forecast.
准备年度预算报表及更新季度预测报表。
8. Prepare sales forecast on 21th each month.
每月 21 号左右准备销售预测。
9. Coordinate with AR accountants to track overdue payments and to follow up VAT invoice issuing.
与应收会计配合跟踪逾期欠款同时确保每月开具增值税专用发票与销售订单匹配。
10.Coordinate with AP accountant to reconcile with other subsidiary companies using Excel or Group
Accordance system by quarterly.
用 Excel 或网页版平台与应付会计配合完成子公司之间每个季度的对账工作。
Requirements职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance related
本科学历以上，会计或者金融专业
2. 3+ years working experience in accounting and 1+ in financial reporting
3 年以上会计工作经验， 1 年以上财务报表经验
3. Proficient in Excel and good communication
精通 Excel， 具有良好的沟通
4. Sensitivity on numbers and strong ability on data analysis
具有较强的数字敏感度和较强数据分析能力；
5. Fluent in English speaking and writing
英文口语及书写良好
