岗位职责：
1.为公司项目前期办理工商、税务等一系列证照；
2.编制并复核每月会计分录；
3.成本核算，固定资产的管理、核对与盘点；
4.编制企业预算，控制成本；
5.编制现金流预算表，确保资金的有效利用，并提供资金解决方案；
6.负责公司财务政策的执行并确保它们之间的顺从性；
7.提供确切的会计政策，处理方法及管控；
8.企业融资、资金统筹、税务筹划；
9.沟通、协调与政府相关部门以及公与司其他部门间的关系。

任职资格：
1.25-32岁，女性，大学本科学历，主修会计或金融专业；
2.至少5年以上财务相关工作经验，管理职位优先；
3.有工业地产或类似工业线财务工作经验背景者优先；
4.与当地政府部门有良好的关系，良好的沟通技能；
5.熟练使用office办公软件、金蝶财务软件；
6.英语四级以上，流利的英语说写能力。
